Warm-Up

Twice:

  • 200 m run
  • 10 Russian KB Swings
  • 4 KB Snatches

Drills

  • Pose Jacks
  • Box Pulls

Workout

  • 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 KB Snatches (53/35)
  • 200 m run
  • 1 minute rest between rounds

Each interval is run as fast as possible while keeping form.  High and rapid pulls.  If you’re not comfortable with a KB Snatch, a moderately heavy DB is a good scale.

Finisher

4 rounds

  • 8 alternating pistols
  • 16 sit-ups
