Drills:

  • 10 changes of support into a run
  • Curbs
  • Falling, falling, falling!

Workout

4 – 5 rounds:

  • 200 m run
    • 1 minute rest
  • 400 m run
    • 2 minute rest

 

Finisher

3 rounds:

  • 10 goblet lunges
  • 1 minute plank (bonus: round the world for as long as you can)
