Flat long intervals

Warm-up

Two rounds (one moderate, one all out):

  • 200 m run
  • 20 Russian KB swings
  • 30 Double-unders

Drills:

  • Jump pulls – both legs, run 25 – 50 m each time
  • Cadence – 3 minutes at 95 / 190

Workout

3 x 1 mile, 5 minute rest between intervals
