Drills:

  • Plate Jumps
  • Single-leg pulls 10 left, 10 right, 50m run

Workout

For total time, including rest:

  • 600 m run
    • 1:30 rest
  • 600 m run
    • 1:30 rest
  • 800 m run
    • 2:30 rest
  • 800 m run
    • 2:30 rest
  • 1000 m run
    • 4:00 rest
  • 1000 m run
