Short Interval Stacks

Warm-up

Twice:

  • 12 lunges
  • 15 swings
  • 200 meter run

Drills:

  • double-pulls to 10 each side, run it out
  • 50 m x 4 increasing cadence 2/4 each round
  • partner push test

Workout

4 rounds

  • 200 m
    • 30 seconds rest
  • 300 m
    • 60 seconds rest
  • 400 m
    • 90 seconds rest

Finisher

3 rounds:

  • 20 air squats
  • 10 GHD situps
