Warm-Up and Drills

A couple pull drills (box pull, single falling change-of-support) as we get the furnace going…

Workout

6 x 250m

  • Rest 45 seconds between intervals
  • Work on that pull!
  • Watch out for the runners from the regular class!

Finisher

3 rounds:

  • 10-12 MedBall “Russian” twists
  • 8 MedBall cleans
  • 16 calorie row

Mobility and Cooldown

  • Roll out quads, especially distal
  • Pigeon stretch with external hip rotation
