- Rest 45 seconds between intervals
- Work on that pull!
- Watch out for the runners from the regular class!
- 10-12 MedBall “Russian” twists
- 8 MedBall cleans
- 16 calorie row
Mobility and Cooldown
- Roll out quads, especially distal
- Pigeon stretch with external hip rotation
