Warm-up and Drills

  • cadence pulls mixed with 50 meter runs
  • 200 meters at 92

Workout

  • 8 x 200m
    • 1 minute break between intervals
    • Focus on a single aspect of running form for at least 2-3 intervals

Finisher

  • Active Recovery: 2k row at recovery pace (2:30 – 3:00 min / 500m)
    • Take the opportunity to keep form clean and movement smooth
